Vincent Coppola
Vincent Coppola is an experienced appellate and commercial litigation attorney with extensive practice before both federal and state appellate courts, including arguments before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his appellate work, Vincent concentrates his non-appellate practice on commercial litigation. He is currently involved in several class action lawsuits representing mutual fund investors and salaried employees in high-stakes disputes.
Case Results
- $1 million settlement – Medical malpractice – death in emergency room due to undiagnosed pulmonary embolism
- Appellate Reversal – Third Circuit reversal reinstating a $750,000 insurance bad faith verdict against Allstate Insurance Company on behalf of a policyholder
- Appellate Reversal – Third Circuit reversal of dismissal in a 4th Amendment excessive force case, resulting in the highest known settlement paid by the Pennsylvania State Police (undisclosed amount)
