The litigation wheel is turning against Johnson & Johnson after the company lost its second case for failing to warn consumers about the link between their talcum powder products and ovarian cancer. Two juries in February and May awarded two separate plaintiffs a total of $127 million in St. Louis Circuit Court. The company faces another 1,200 lawsuits from plaintiffs who have developed cancer after using talc-containing products such as Johnson’s Baby Powder and Shower to Shower.
